The 1939 Register was taken on September 29th, 1939. The following is taken from the records that have been released up to October 2019 and does not include those that still remain closed.

Launceston A.R.P. Personnel (the eighty-two that were in place in 1939).

Launceston’s Wartime Civil Volunteers including Launceston Fire Brigade, Auxiliary Fire Service, Special Constables, St. John Ambulance staff and  Auxiliary Nursing staff.
